LUMBER does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or compliance of financial statements generated by the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to review and verify all output.

• 8. Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUMBER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to LUMBER in the 12 months preceding the claim.
